I'm writing an historical novel concerning a young woman who moves from Toronto to small town Kentville, Nova Scotia in 1927. It will be a fish-out-of-water story, until it evolves into a mystery. Flappers, speak easies, gangsters - it should be a lot of fun!
I've just seen a FB post with some beautiful Roaring Twenties-style cloche hats that my heroine, Evelyn Gruen, would be delighted to wear. And who wouldn't?
